Nothing forces the return to be the same day. Each leg is priced on its own, so an overnight is the outbound today and the trip home whenever you know it — $420 each way for the wheelchair run to Rochester.

Some Medicare Advantage plans include a ride benefit; ask yours whether it reaches out-state. The fares on the long-distance board are the private-pay ones, paid direct.
