Ask for a ride.Nine questions to book medical transportation anywhere in the Minneapolis metro — wheelchair or walking, one way or both. Then a person calls you back to confirm the fare and hold the slot. Everything else gets asked on that call.

No account, no card, and no price gate — the rates are already printed. Booking ahead holds the slot you want; same-day works when the schedule allows.

The number to reach you on to confirm. We do not text marketing.

Start typing and choose from the list, so we have the exact door.

The clinic, hospital or building — by name is fine.

Wheelchair or walking

If the rider uses their own chair, that is what we bring the ramp for. We will ask about the chair on the call.

Need a ride back? Optional

If the driver should wait through the appointment rather than come back, say so on the call — that is priced by the hour.

A stair at the door, a back entrance that is easier, someone meeting you there. Skip it if there is nothing.

Everything above is needed except the last two.

Three things worth knowing first.

Including the one that costs you money. We would rather print it here than surprise you with it.

  • 3 free

Up to 3 additional riders come along at no extra charge. A spouse, an adult child, whoever is going with you — it does not change the fare.

  • 10% late

Changes and cancellations are free until an hour before pickup. Inside that hour it is 10% of the fare. One call moves a booking.

  • Extra stops

A pharmacy on the way home is fine, but it has to be agreed before the ride starts so the price is set in advance. Ask on the confirmation call.

Every rate, and everything that can move one

Rather just say it out loud?

The phone is still the fastest way to book — a person answers, quotes the fare off the published card and holds the slot before you hang up. 7am–7pm daily, earlier by arrangement.
